1. Patient Station; home based virtual environment where patient is prompted to complete exercises as part of rehab, planned by Clinicians in the hospital. Environmental, physiological and motion data are combined to tune the rehabilitation exercises level to the proper level of challenge. 2. Hospital Station; Web application (therapy management tool) where clinicial staff define, tune and monitor rehab programme at patients home. HS also offers patients access to information resources. 3. Networking Station; Analyses the multi-parametric data from patients and data mines information gathered to discover common features and trends of rehabilitation treatments among hospitals and regions.
